Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SCHMITZ CARGOBULL has completed the revamping of its UK operation.

Schmitz Cargobull Curtainsiders has been absorbed into the main company, Schmitz Cargobull (UK), which continues under that name And to meet ambitious UK sales targets set by new MD Andreas Schmitz, efficiency improvements have been implemented at the two plants at Harelaw, Co Durham.

Earlier this year the curtainsider and dry-freight trailer plant benefited from a major investment which boosted output by 20%. Now a redesign of the nearby reefer plant, combined with the introduction of flexible contracts of employment, has led to a 50% increase in its capacity. The workforce is slightly larger but includes more temporary and contract workers These changes are designed to bring UK productivity levels more in line with those of the firm's modern flagship plant at Zaragoza, Spain.
