Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Motor may I say how much we are enjoying reading such a comprehensive publication on the haulage industry. Two of our drivers have completed an ADR course at different times in the past few months. Al! the information the first driver received as part of the course was given to the second driver. It included an excellent book on the regulations. When our second driver took the course three months later he mentioned that he had this book. The course director said "that's not much good, it's out of date", and gave him another book.

I found that surprising and wondered whether that was true. If so, it would mean drivers throughout the country are driving without up-to-date information on ADR.

Are amendments to the regulations sent to all transport companies or published widely in relevant papers and magazines? A Brown, Barnden Transport, Kent.
