Next week Citi is again at Blackpool, this time to meet the tipper -operators at their fifth Annual Convention discussing unlawful operation and enforcement: the tipper regionalization scheme: C and U Regulations; and sugarbeet traffic.
Delegates are to be given the opportunity
to put questions to a panel comprising John Backhouse, an RHA legal adviser; Eric Russell, RHA national secretary; John Wills. RHA national vice-chairman, and lain Sherriff, CM's deputy editor. We will be reporting on all the sessions.
