BRADFORD-BASED haulier and freight forwarder Redhead International is using iconic pieces of art to promote its business.

It plans to place its logo on paintings done in the style of artists that include Picasso, as well as adapting images of legendary sites of interest from around the globe, such as Mount Rushmore.

Called "The Art of Smartfreight7 the images will he used on mailshots and in the livery of a small number of trucks.

A spokesman says it intends to highlight Redhead's ability to "design freight solutions to individual customers' needs".
