Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A lorry driver has been found guilty of smuggling £180,000-worth of cannabis. Canterbury Crown Court heard that 54.4kg of the drug was concealed in the chassis of a flatbed driven into Dover by Christopher Sandison on 31 May. Sandison, of Soloman Road, Rainham, had denied smuggling, claiming he knew nothing about the illegal load. The drugs were discovered when a Customs officer drilled into the chassis: 118 packets were found inside cross-members. In the cab was a tin of quickdrying primer which Sandison said was in the lorry when he bought it, There was also a ratchet, spanner and hammer "the right size to undo the bolts and allow access to the drugs," said Griffith. Sandison said while at a French cash-and-carry he left the lorry but it had been locked. Sandison will be sentenced on 10 November.
