Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BRITISH RAIL has introduced a new parcels service to cater for the increasing manufacturing business and commercial interests at London's Heathrow Airport.

Operated in conjunction with Carryfull, the service uses BR's Red Star and Night Star parcels system giving overnight delivery to addresses throughout Britain.

"We have brought Heathrow into the rail network," says John Nelson, Southern Region's parcels manager. "There is no extra charge for the service and the customer will save the time and money now spent journeying into his nearest London railhead to dispatch his parcels."

Special BR vans will connect from the Carryfull Red Star Shop (unit 69/70G, Building 521 in the cargo village) and take the parcels into London for dispatch. The shop is open from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Mondays to Fridays.
