WILLOWBROOK expects to be able to double output after a new extension to its Loughborough factory is opened in December.
A new layout aims to improve work flow with separate lines for double-deck buses, single-deckers, spacecar coaches, and export models.
"This expansion means early delivery of buses and coaches where long delays have become commonplace,". said a spokesman.
