Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

1111) EFUSE disposal schemes for three IX new 20-storey blocks of council flats at Leyton, London, have been planned to operate in conjunction with Dempster materials handling equipment made and supplied by Powell DufTryn Engineering Co. Ltd. of Cardiff.

There are two ground-level refuse chambers built into each black. Designed to house a Dempster 8-cu.-yd. steel container, each chamber is sealed off by a roller-shutter and is fed from above by a chute running like a chimney through the 20 storeys. In each chute there are 10 loading openings, staggered to allow one to each floor, through which the tenants drop their refuse to the Dempster containers which are housed beneath.

Once a week tilt containers are collected for emptying and replaced by empty ones. The work is done by the council's two Dempster-Dumpster lorrymounted handling units, also used for industrial waste disposal operations.

Each vehicle needs only a single operator, the driver, to control the whole transport and handling cycle.
