● Melton Mowbray-based I W Rippon will submit an application for a new O-licence at a public inquiry to be held on 23 November.

● A public inquiry to be held on 4 December will consider two counts of disciplinary action against Uxbridgebased Sanghera Skip Hire.
● Disciplinary action against Tosca Waste, a skip hire and waste collection firm based in Enfield, will be considered at a public inquiry on 6 December.
● A public inquiry on 6 December will look into two counts of disciplinary action against Leo’s Import Export, based in Willesden, London.
● Disciplinary action against Wise Waste Skip Hire, based in Little Dunmow, Essex, will be looked at during a public inquiry on 22 November.
● A public inquiry on 22 November will look at disciplinary action against G Tyres, based in Uxbridge.
● Chatham, Kent-based J & D Access Services will make a new licence application at a public inquiry on 19 December.
