Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I WAS SURPRISED to see the article in Commercial Motor (18 November) with regard to the relaunch of TipCon at the Commercial Vehicle Show next year.

The original Harrogate-basedTipCon was an enjoyable weekend for dedicated Tipper operators. After a brief spell at Manchester the show became lost within the Birmingham NEC-based CV Show. Many of the smaller/specialist body builders were not able to justify the high stand costs and the show organisers seemed happy to let the TipCon part of their show simply fade away With the new independent venture TipEx having such a successful first year and getting growing support from the industry. I feel this is just a last-minute attempt to get tipper operators back to the NEC instead of seeing all they need to at the Harrogate Exhibition.

I know which tipper exhibition I'll be going to!
