vehicle observer corps to combat lorry thefts, on the lines of the one operating successfully in London. This was agreed at a meeting on Monday organized by the Scottish area of the R.H.A., whose secretary, Mr. L. J. Stokoe, is now enrolling firms willing to provide cars and drivers.
