This was agreed at a meeting on Monday organized by the Scottish area of the R.H.A., whose secretary, Mr. L. J. Stokoe, is now enrolling firms willing to provide cars and drivers. Several prominent hauliers have agreed to take part, and it is expected that. when T.R.T.A, representatives have reported back to their association, C-licensees will join in. The Glasgow scheme is expected to be operating before Christmas.
