D EGARDING our recent report that 1‘. Guernsey States (the local Parliament) had decided to buy and develop an airport site at La Villiaze, and not to accept any of the offers put forward by private enterprise for developing . this or other sites, there is still the possibility that the present proposal may be modified,
The law of the island allows a question of this kind to be debated a second time when there has• not been a twothirds majority on the first occasion.
