Ender Regulation 11 (2) (a) of the Road and Rail Traffic Act, 1933 (Appeal Tribunal) Rules, 1934, an appellant or respondent may appoint as au advocate an officer of any association or body (Of which he is a member), which ''satisfies the .Tribtinal that it represents a substantial number of persons concerned with the Tribunal's decisions.

The Tribunal decided against the Association and withdrew the approval previously given. Mr. Reif, who represented Mr. E. W. Cooper in an , appeal on Wednesday, will no longer be able to appear before the Tribunal.
