• AN OPERATOR WHO lied to Vosa to cover up the tachograph offences that one of his drivers had committed has had his licence revoked and been disqualified indefinitely from holding an 0-licence. Chadderton, Greater Manchester-based Derek Graham, trading as D Graham Freight Services, had previously been a director of two companies that went into liquidation.
• BOTH DIRECTORS of Tilbury, Essex-based Ross Roadways SMM have been disqualified from holding an 0-licence indefinitely. The company had insufficient funds to meet the requirements of financial repute and one of the directors had failed to disclose a prison sentence served for stealing a container.
