Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A driver died after his lorry plunged more than 80ft from a bridge into the River Don in Yorkshire. David Moyses, 33, of March, Combs was working for Cambridgeshire-based hauliers TB Oliver at the time of the accident. He was travelling north on the AIM between Junctions 36/37, west of Doncaster.

Acting Inspector Richard Hulme of Doncaster Traffic Department that says prior to the crash Moyses' truck seems to have drifted from the inside lane to occupy three-quarters of the second lane. "He then seems to have taken another sharp deviation and crashed through the safety barriers of the bridge," says Hulme. "The vehicle travelled approximately 3001t in the air before crashing into the embankment."

Accident investigations are still trying to establish the cause of the crash.

Hulme says there is no question of excessive speed; weather and visibility were favourable.
