MORE REGENTS FOR RHONDDA : The Rhondda Transport Co. Ltd.. of Porlh, Glamorgan, has ordered 12 A.E.C. Regent V double-deckers to be fitted with the AV.590 diesel engine and 65-seat forward entrance coachwork by Northern Counties Motor Body and Engineering Co. Ltd., of Wigan.
LEYLAND BUSES FOR FAR NORTH AND FAR SOUTH: Leyland Motors Ltd. has received orders for 113 buses which will operate in contrasting climatic conditions. Of these buses, 65 will go to Australia, where Brisbane City Council has ordered 40 36-fl. Leopards, and the Metropolitan Passenger Transport Trust of Perth, Western Australia. has ordered 25 Woritimaster buses. Destined for .a much colder climate are 41: Worldmaster buses to be supplied to .Helsinki Mitnicipality and seven Worldmasters for Bergen Municipality, Norway.
PANTHERS FOR BIRCH BROS.: Birch Bros. Ltd., of London, has ordered six Leyland Panther rear-engined bus chassis to be fitted with 0.600 engines and air suspension on both axles.

SCAlvIMELL FOURTRAKS POPULAR: Scammell Lorries Ltd. has received an order from A. W.Ellis (Car Sales) Ltd., of Newcastle upon Tyne, for 12 fifth-wheel Fourtrak semi-trailers. They will be fitted with 26 ft. by 7 ft. 6in. flat platform bodies and two-line air brakes. Brownhills Motor Sales Ltd., of Brownhills, Staffs, has also ordered 12 fifth-wheel coupling Fourtraks, chassis only, and two M1-1 automatic-coupling Fourtraks, chassis only.
RELLIANCES AGAIN FOR READING: Reading Corporation Transport committee has accepted the lender of A.E.C. (Sales) Ltd. for the supply of four Reliance singledecker chassis at £2,227 each, and the tender of LTV' Lancashire Coach Builders Lid. for Join bodies mounted 'on the above chassis at a cost of £3,240 each,
TEN MORE TIGER CUBS FOR DONCASTER: Doncaster Corporation Transport committee has recommended the purchase of 10 Leylan.d Tiger Cub RTC 1/1 IS-ft.wheelbase single-decker chassis at a cost of 1,2,494 each. They will be fitted with 45-seat front entrance, central exit bodies.
