Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE DEPARTMENT for Transport (DfT) is not raising penalty fees during the Olympic Games period.

Transport secretary Justine Greening conirmed that the maximum ine hauliers will face in the capital, both on and off the Olympic Route Network (ORN), will be the usual penalty charge notice limit of £130.

Fines outside of London on the ORN that extends to Eton Dorney and Weymouth and Portland will remain at a maximum of £70.

Greening said she supported the importance of securing a high level of trafic management compliance during the Games, but that she was “not persuaded” that increased levels of ines would achieve this.
