Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

OPERATORS WILL have access to a free Transport for London (TfL) Freight Journey Planner from May to help them deliver goods during the Olympic Games.

The planner, developed by consultancy Pie, will be available to all operators. However, additional functionality will be offered to members of TfL’s Freight Operator Recognition Scheme. It allows operators to pin-point delivery destinations taking into account height, weight and width restrictions.

Loading restrictions, road type, and the ability to factor in temporary traffic orders and real-time delays due to congestion are promised.

Pie is also working with satnav company ProNav on functionality that will enable freight planner routes to be sent to vehicle navigation units.
