Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ommercial vehicle residual pricing company CAP has launched a Platinum

versbn of its Red Book product. It contams 50% more valuations, ranging from vans registered in 1984 to light CVs lust a few months old.

CAP says its light CV Platinum delivers opinion-based prices based on previous performance, expert assessment and, where only a small number of newly introduced vans have appeared on the forecourts, market intelligence.

Information is provided in ASC II and SQL database formats; the 'Platinum book also includes information on discontinued vans from 1987 onwards, and valuations for older stock. CAP believes this system will reduce the risk faced by operators when buying used light CVs.
