The Commercial Motor Health Challenge may be over, but the true challenge remains for all of us to combat the billions lost to industry through sickness each year and make sure that being a truck driver doesn't lead you to degrade your quality of life by ignoring healthy eating and exercise. We need our industry and all the people in it to be virile, healthy and strong. Encouraging your guys to keep themselves in shape is not only as important as your business's financial status it is directly linked to your bottom line.
