• West Midland LA John Mervyn Pugh renewed the licence for 15 vehicles and 20 trailers held by SW Pegg, of Burton upon Trent, after hearing that an examination of 503 tachograph charts revealed no problems. Tachograph convictions had previously led to a licence renewal for only two years.
