LONDON Pride Sightseeing is increasing its fleet of exLondon Transport Daimler Fleetline double-deck buses to 10 to cope with demand on its guided London sightseeing operation and a programme of South London summer weekend coastal services.
The buses are all garaged and maintained by Ensign Bus of Purfleet in Essex. In addition to their all year round sightseeing work the Fleetlines also operate a Christmas lights service through London's West End and provide some contract hire services.
London Pride is the only independent sightseeing tour operator selling advertising space on its buses.
Its fleet already includes open top buses carrying allover advertising and now managing director Leon Daniels is successfully selling bus sides on conventional closed top vehicles.
