with the launch of the NEOS 100S. The new unit, like the other model in the line-up, the NEOS 100 'slim', Is mounted externally on the vehicle's roof and is compatible with most light commercial vehicles and body types.
The NEOS 100S is powered by the vehicle's alternator (as opposed to a direct-drive system), which Carrier says allows the unit to maintain a more consistent temperature in the loadspace as the compressor is not dependant on engine speed, which also reduces engine load and fuel consumption.
