Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MAN's selection of finance deals has been extended to its used truc Ks.

MAN is to beef up its finance offers on used trucks and is now offering its complete range of financial products across its used range.

The move comes as MAN strives to make its used business more professional, having successfully launched the MAN Diesel brand to sell trucks which have been within its network and have come to the end of their contracts.

According to Elliot Lennick, chief executive of MAN Financial Services, expanding funding options will mean more flexibility for customers.

"We haven't been able to offer this before, but now customers buying a used vehicle can have anything from our finance menu," he says.

"Used truck buyers do fund their purchases, but we are now trying to make it [the business] look smarter by bringing it together like the new market, "We are offering operators a one-stop shop, making the business more professional," Lennick explains.

About 3,500 vehicles were sold through the MAN Diesel network last year, and Lennick says he is planning for MAN Financial Services to fund 600-1,000 used vehicles over the next year.

He promises that deals will be -competitive with other people in the used market". However, the used business will have to go some way to catch up with the funding of new vehicles. Lennick reports that MAN Financial Services currently funds 9,000 vehicles worth £360m, over an average term of 47 months.
