Isle of Man, has been road tested by CM. Fitted with a Crane Freuhauf box body and a payload of 4,400kg (4ton 3cwt 3qr) a very low overall fuel consumption of 15 litre/100km (18.8mpg) was returned. Although subject to the 0 licence regulations with an unladen weight of over 3.56 tonnes (3.5tons) the vehicle can be operated without an hgv licence. The full test follows next week.
