Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Dun-Bri Group customer Williams Transport, based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, provided the vehicle for our headlamp test. It was driven by Aaron Best.

The family-run business, which has been operating for 38 years. was started by Robert Williams with one truck hauling bricks out of Peterborough. Today the company is run by managing director Val Williams, Robert's daughter-in-law.

The company operates specialist trailers including moving floor and bulkers to handle its work, 80% of which is contract-based. On the fleet are 50 tractor units, predominately Daf with some Volvo and Scani a, 100 trailers and a 32-tonne drawbar. As well as operating out of Huntingdon, Williams Transport has a site in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire.

The trucks, which are kept for five years, operate on a one-driver/ one truck basis and the company employs a further 15 people in administration and the workshop.

Adrian Mc Vicar. the workshop manger. is responsible for maintaining the fleet. He changed over from basic aftermarket bulbs to the sort used by the OEMs more than 12 months ago.

"We don't change nowhere near the bulbs we did, probably 60% less changes. The more expensive ones are far better over the long haul. With the basic aftermarket ones we were changing one a week, if not more. With better-quality bulbs, the difference is astronomical," he says.
