Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Both the users we contacted about this software liked it, and both confirmed that their systems were working perfectly in terms of delivering colour-coded reminders at the right time and allowing them to dismiss alerts as described in the manual.

• Simon Beveridge, director of Lincolnshirebased plant hire and haulage firm Brianclant, uses the system to help manage 13 rigids grossing 26 or 32 tonnes. He hadn't used any fleet management systems before but has had this software for two years in place of a paper-based system and says: "It's very simple in use and very user-friendly, just telling you straightforwardly what's due and when." Beveridge adds that he accesses the software three or four times a week and is very happy with it, "I'd give it eight out of ten overall," he says.

• Paul Wealherhead, general manager of Quayside Distribution, also in Lincolnshire, has been using his software for over a year to help him manage 28 vehicles from vans up to 44-tonne artics. Like Beveridge he had no previous experience of other fleet management software but is stll pleased with Alert? Transport Manager.

"It's very good," he says. "It's just the way it comes up with what you need to know. We used just a paper-based system before and it could be difficult to keep up with. There's really nothing I don't like about it.. I'd give it eight out of ten."
