Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

UK truck market

dy 5a1Ier gives the final verdict It's been a healthy year for UK truck sales, particularly heavy trucks and most specifically in tractor sales and multi-wheelers. Couple this to a rise in the sub-7.5-tonne sector, as outlined last week, and the UK market appears to be undergoing a restructuring which could see it coming into line with the rest of Europe, where the market has polarised around heavy trucks at the top end for long haul and heavy distribution with big vans at the lower end for localised deliveries.

The complete disappearance of the lightweight rigid 7.5-15-tonne sector is perhaps overdoing the analysis, although there are clear and continuing trends at play to indicate that this sector is facing a squeeze.
