Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BEDFORD ROADCALL, a 24-hour all-year breakdown service for heavy commercials, has now been extended to include Bedford light and medium vans and pickups.

The back-up service will provide a free roadside recovery service with a cover of up to E200 each incident.

Every new Bedford commercial vehicle that goes into operation in the UK is now enrolled into the Bedford Roadcall free of charge, providing 12 months cover.

Existing Bedfords in the operator's fleet can also be covered with free membership if the operator already has one new Bedford under one year old, or a new Bedford on order. Breakdown and recovery costs for older Bedfords are recoverable from the operator.

Breakdown calls on Freefone 4455 are handled by the British Road Services Communications Centre at Birmingham which connects them with the Bedford Roadcall control roam.

Repairs will be carried out at the roadside if practicable. Otherwise, arrangements will be made for a recovery to the nearest Bedford dealer.

Arrangements have been made to convey messages and notifications of delays to ports, ferries, depots and customers via the control room.
