Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WE record with regret the deaths of ALBERT CULLING and ARTHUR VAN HEE.

Mr Culling was owner of Culling's Coach Service and the Norwich-based Red Car Service. He set up his coach and haulage business in the 1940s, and managed the companies until 1980 when illhealth forced him to sell Red Car. The company went into liquidation in 1981.

Mr Van Hee, who started the Gateshead haulage firm of Van Hee Transport, was on holiday in Spain with his wife, Ethel, when he collapsed and died. He retired several years ago.
