• MR. 0. T. DAVID, B.Sc., has been appointed public transport service manager of Ferodo, Ltd. He will -maintain contactwith the passenger industry. Mr. David received his technical training with Metropolitan-Vickers Electrical Co.. Ltd., and Higgs Motors, Ltd. Later he joined Allen West and Co., Ltd., becoming traction engineer there in 1935.
