I T was resolved at the quarterly meet inging of the National Passenger Transport Inspectors' Association at Walsall to seek support for extra payments for work at week-ends or on public holidays. It was also decided that branches should contribute towards the expense of an inquiry at Birmingham into the legality of the ruling whereby inspectors may forfeit some of their leave entitlement on promotion from a lower grade_
