Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

This remarkable-looking combination of a motor-bicycle and elaborately-coaehbuilt sidecar was, it may be recalled, exhibited at the last -Motorcycle Exhibition at Olympia, where it naturally attracted much attention. The motor-bicycle in question has a standard two-cyliuder, horizontalopposed, water-cooled engine, and the enclosed landaulet sidecar contrivance has accommodation for three passengers. There was a rumour that certain interests, previous to its public exhibition, contemplated running similar machines as taxicabs in London at ad. a mile. Needless to say, little progress has been made in that direction to date-. We regard the scheme as quite impracticable, and we should be much surprised to hear, so far as operation in London was concerned, that Scotland Yard would allow its employment.
