Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

As from March 1 County Commercial Cars 6 by 2 and 6 by 4 models based on the Thames Trader will have grossvehicle-weight ratings increased to 16 tons. To match this rating. the chassis frame has reinforcement to give a section modulus of 14. Attention has been paid to brakes, which are now operated by a dual Hydrovac system. Ford Motor Company engineering approval has been granted to both 6 by 2 and 6 by 4 new models. For the 6 by 2, an Eaton 16802 2-speed axle must also be fitted to qualify for 16 tons.

County are now offering a full range of models based on the Thames Trader 7-ton chassis, including wheelbases of 132 in., 137 in., 160 in., 182 in. and 206 in. Of these, the 137-in.-wheelbase type was introduced at the last Commercial Motor Show as a chassis designed for a donkey engine truck mixer.
