GLOBAL TOURS NEGOTIATIONS I T is reported that Mr. Isaac Wolfson, financier and store proprietor, is negotiating to take an interest in Global Tours, Ltd. The Commercial Motor was unable, early this week, to contact any of the directors of the company, who are operators of Continental coach tours.
