DAVE THORLEY Haulage has been granted authorisation to base ive vehicles and two trailers at the Shiptons Recovery Yard in Uttoxeter Road, Derby, subject to the following conditions: • evidence of appropriate inancial standing – bank statements, overdraft facilities in the company name – for the latest three months, shall be provided to the ofice of the TC six months from the granting of the licence. These shall demonstrate suficient inances are available to cover the authorised vehicles on all licences held; • maintenance/inspection work on the authorised vehicles shall only take place between the hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Fridays, except in the event of an emergency that could not have been anticipated or foreseen by the operator; • there shall be no more than ive movements out and ive movements into the operating centre in total by the authorised vehicles daily Monday to Friday; no more than three movements out and three movements into the operating centre in total by the authorised vehicles daily on Saturdays and Sundays; • there shall be no operation, movement, loading or unloading of authorised vehicles/trailers except between the hours of 5am to 7pm Monday to Friday; and between 6am and 5pm Saturdays and Sundays; • all authorised vehicles will have a thorough and effective pre-MoT inspection; • safety inspections will be planned and never more than six weeks’ apart.
