Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Based OR the fringe of Epsom town centre, the Enterprise office looked more like an estate agency than a van hire company. About 50 yards down the road was a customer car park packed with renta vehicles, butt did have enough room for us to squeeze into and leave our car.

Inside was brightly lit and clean, and the initial friendly greeting put us at ease. Our details were taken and the booking immediately identified. Due to the lack of a driving licence, we incurred a £5 charge (ex-VAT) for the telephone call to the DVLA for confirmation of who we were.

The American Express card was swiped and included the rental price and deposit, which would be refunded later. So far so good, but the fuel policy was not explained and had to be asked for. Surprisingly, we would be charged only for the cost of the fuel at the pumpa more rational approach compared to most.

After everything was confirmed, we were led out to our transport an lveco Daily Multijet -and its condition and mileage were noted for comparison when we returned. The whole process took about 25 minutes.

The inside of the Daily smelt like a pub and the overall condition hinted at some previous heavy-duty action, though the mileage read just over 30,000 miles. Fortunately, there were no major negatives when on the road, though the brakes felt a touch spongy.
