Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I'M WRITING in response to Barry Proctor's column (CM 1 December) in which he says: "I've seen the attitude of drivers in London when faced with fines for blocking a yellow box and they just don't do it any more."

Really? Where's this miracle, Barry? Can you take me there?

I've lived in the capital for 30 years and daily watch Londoners routinely and unashamedly block box junctions, roundabouts and emergency vehicles.
