Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I WROTE last year to seek your help in encouraging transport operators to enter for the Shell Energy Awards.

Again in 1985, three awards are offered for monitoring and targeting of energy usage, one of which is for transport operations. The others are for building and industrial processes. For the winner of each group there is a trophy to keep permanently and for the individual responsible for the winning scheme a prize of £750.

Although there was a reasonable response in 1984, we did not receive as many entries as we would have liked for the transport category, although transport operators appear to be most concerned about fuel costs, and fuel economy.

This year we are trying to ensure that more transport operators are made aware of the awards. The awards are offered to operators of all forms of transport — not just road vehicles.

Copies of the 1985 Shell Energy Awards can be obtained from UKPA/131, Shell UK Limited, Shell-Mex House, Strand, London, WC2R ODX.
