RUMOURS that the Bus and Coach Council does not wholly represent the needs and interests of its independent members have been encouraged by its What Price the Bus Bill? response to Government proposals for the bus industry. Despite claiming that its members are grouped into four sectors the definition lists only three and fails to mention its independent sector at all.
