Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Published in association with Commercial Motor are three guides intended to help transport operators with costing, obtaining service on the road in an emergency, and the legal loading of their vehicles.

Commercial Motor Tables of Operating Costs covers commercial vehicles from 5cwt payload to 32 tons gross weight as well as buses, coaches and four groups of cars. It details the make-up of costs and recommends the minimum charges in each case; the figures are given for an appropriate range of weekly mileages. It costs 60p net of 70p post free from the publishers (see address below), Commercial Motor Guide to 24-hour and Emergency Service has just been published in a new edition and costs 10p net or 15p by post. It lists, make-by-make, the franchised service points which can offer breakdown, spares or workshop service outside normal working hours.

CM Guide to Maximum Legal Weights and Dimensions of Goods Vehicles is in the form of a poster showing diagrammatically the weights permitted at various axle spacings for rigids and artics, and includes brief explanations of the way in which the limits apply. It costs 30p post free.
