The incident happened at around 23:15hrs on Monday 12 August at the Hopwood Park Services near Redditch. The hijackers are described as being of Asian origin. One was aged 20 years old, 5ft 8 inches tall and was wearing a blue tracksuit. The second was also in his 20s and was wearing a dark tracksuit A third man involved is described as of heavy build, lift tall with a Mexican-style moustache.
