The Minimaster Steam Cleaner uses 3-3i litres/min (i to igpm) of water for steam cleaning and approximately Si litres/min (1.8gpm) of hot water for the hot water wash at 90°C (194°F). The detergent supply is metered by a needle valve into the water supply prior to being heated in the coil. A range of detergents is available from Kismet.

The steam coil is const ted from approximately (90ft) of double helic wound steel tubing. The c sis is of unit construction separate water, detergent fuel tanks. The coil chan is designed to act as chassis.

The electric motor is fi with an automatic reset t mal overload device and in steam line there is a I.( re set to blow to atmoere at 827kN/sq m (120psi). he KWE 1500 hot or cold er wash produces a high;sure jet and can be used onjunetion with detergents. is recommended for such imercial vehicle applicais as cleaning the under ssis prior to MoT testing. jith this model, mains water flows into •a header tank through a Water Boardapproved valve from where it is pumped through a heating coil to the wash gun. Cold water washing is achieved by turning off the fuel supply.

The KWE 1500 can be wheeled through a standard 2ft 6in doorway.
