iise bid QUARTER per cent cut in application for increased aulage rates by MacBrayne adage Ltd (CM last week) as made by the Price Cornission. This is revealed in an ialysis of the Commission's terventions during July. Macrayne had sought an increase 11.1 per cent.
The Commission also trimed 1.79 per cent from an 1/ ?.r cent increase in the price ! its equipment for the trans-, art industry by Girling .Ltd. ate and Lyle Transport Ltd ithdrew an application for an icrease of 37 per cent in its silage charges.
