Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Despite the absence of Western European truck manufacturers at the show, two regional dealerships took the Opportunity to meet potential customers.

The theme for Iveco dealership Guest Trucks and Hartshorne Group, representing Volvo, was to meet the customers and display their auxiliary businesses.

Rob Spittle, Guest Trucks divisional managing director, says: "It's become regional show, so a lot of customers from the Midlands come. We are here to sell the whole range of businesses: tyres: servicing; recycled parts; and vehicle lining."

Although Iveco's bio-methane/CNG-powered lveco Daily van was centre stage, both recycled parts and racking drew people to the stand. "We have sei an opportunity with recycled parts, taking bits off truck engines: transmissions, cabs and so on. The biggest problem is getting the trucks," adds Spittle.

Guest Trucks' vehicle lining operation is looking to promote Acyboard; a thinner, lighter alternative to plywood. While plywood weighs 3.05kg per squarE metre, Acyboard is 1.5kg per square metre, saving 20kg-30kg on a large pane vehicle, says Spittle.

The Hartshorne Group focused on promoting its one-stop-shop philosophy.

Alan Southall, group marketing manager, says: ''W are offering the full aftermarke package, as well as commercial vehicle hydraulics.

"We are the Midlands approved dealer for Lawrenci David, and have just secured 400-trailer service and maintenance deal with Boots Nottingham."
