mTRANS I 'AUL (EUROPE) has . been granted permission to run 19 vehicles and 22 trailers, following a public inquiry.
The company bought the business and assets of Leighton Buzzard. Bedfordshire, firm Trans Haul (UK) for £50,000 on 3 November last year in a prepack administration.
Management accounts show that in the 11 months to 30 September 2009, Trans I .1aul (11K) made a loss of £425,000 on turnover of £4.2m.
Conditions attached to the licence include that six months from the date of the public inquiry (September). Trans I laul (Europe) must provide original bank statements for three consecutive months during that period to the office of the Traffic Commissioner. This is to demonstrate that the average income meets the requirement for sufficient financial standing.
