Ryders International of Liverpool is now offering a beaver-tail platform for vehicle recovery. The 31x2m aluminium platform is available in kit form to fit all the major van chassis on sale in the UK.
It comes with a 9,000lb electric winch in one of three versions: a planetary-gear low-profile winch; a conventional gearbox; or a wormand-wheel drive which will not let a load slip in the event of a power and brake failure.
Other features include two 500mm ramps and a profiled deck for motor cycles.
Ryders is looking for bodybuilder distributors.
