Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The 500 in-house Co-Op drivers who are covered by the General Distributive Workers Agreement are being balloted on a 1.75% pay increase and an overnight subsistence payment of £1832.

If they accept the deal, which is effective from 3 May, wages for artic drivers will increase by £3.02 to £175.36 a week: drivers of 7.5-10.5-tonners will rise by £2.73 to £158.57.

More than 120 drivers covered by the Co-operative's wholesale services deal accepted a 2% pay increase earlier in the year. They handle food deliveries between Co-Op warehouses and stores; their rise has been backdated to 11 January (CM25-31 March).
