Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AMODERNIZATION programme involving the expenditure of some S3m. has been launched by the Greater Winnipeg Transit Commissidh to replace the remaining trams in Winnipeg with Twin Coach buses. These vehicles incorporate Leyland oil engines.

Twenty-live of these 52-passenger vehicles have been operating in the city since December last, and another 50 have been ordered. These will be placed in service on the Portage-North Main route this autumn.

Leyland oil engines have been steadily exported to North America for the past three years. Marketed by Twin Coach of Canada, Ltd., and their subsidiaries under the name Fageol-Leyland, the engines have S.A.E. standard threads as well as American accessories and fittings.
