M. S. J. LAMBORN has been elected chairman of the London and Home Counties Division of the Traders' Road Transport Association in succession to MR. LENVis D. LEVY. The new vicechairmen are MR. J. JANES, Ma. T. D. BOTTERILL and MR. F. H, LAYTON. MR. W. E. W1NSON is again honorary treasurer. Ma. E. W000, who has resigned as chairman of the Eastern Area in consequence of his business retirement, has been made an honorary member of the divisional committee.
